There are so many choices at the Eats Street Market, with such limited stomach space, one’ll have to be very selective in what to try. However when we saw the word pork belly on the menu caution went out the window! We ended up getting 2 serves of the pork belly with orange & Fennel salad. Great crackling, crispy not too hard or burnt. The meat itself was juicy. The salad was very refreshing. Very satisfied.
Had the popcorn chicken at the Eat Street Market at $10 for a plate. The chicken wasn’t much but it was crispy and crunchy. The dish came with a little bit of salad which was an apple slaw with thinly grated slices of apple, a few pieces of radish and some salad leaves. There was also a sauce to eat the chicken with although the chicken could be eaten without the sauce. Would be nice if there was a little bit more chicken as this was more of a snack than a meal. Also would be nice if there were some different flavours or the sauce came in different flavours. Good to try atleast once though.
