Slinkys serves great potato twists – very well cooked and comes with a variety of seasonings to choose from (normal salt, chicken salt, etc.). My only concern is that they use normal skewers, and their sharpness isn’t great for an environment like Eat Street where it can become extremely crowded and accident-prone (especially with children). Overall though, Slinkys is a great kiosk and a must-try when at Eat Street!
