This review is about the long room bistro next to the brewery but i cant find it on urbanspoon The restaurant was dead! We where the only table in there and we waited 35 minutes for nuggets, a tasting plate and a pizza! They brought us the wrong pizza and it was terrible! Soggy crust and wilted rocket, couldn’t even eat it! The chips weren’t even decent! Will never frequent this place again!!!! Also no apology for the incredibly slow service!
Change of mind. Yesterday I wrote a bad review.I contacted Management from the brewery via email. Within an hour management responded to my complaints. The bistro is not operated by the brewery and has a different owner but he promised me he would discuss the waiting times with the owner of the bistro. He also followed up with the head brewer and the serving staff about the beer the temperature. He offered a free pizza on my next visit. Good to see this company takes customer service seriously.
Service as bad as it gets. It can’t get worse.The beer was not cold. We ordered a meal. It did take 1.20 hour for the meal to arrive. We ordered a burger and a trio of dips. The burger and the dips were good only the chips served with the burger were cold. It will be the last time we will visit this place for a meal.
Not the best. Visited this place a few years ago and loved the beer, the service and the atmosphere. On today’s visit I was told that it is now under new management, and unfortunately it shows. My beer was ok but the rest of the family tried different beers and all where left unfinished on the table. Service was nowhere near as friendly and that’s when we left. Headed up to St Bernard’s hotel for great time. Sorry guys we really wanted to re-live our great experience but it fell very short. Will not return here
