Have been enjoying some very tasty lunches specials are great and the menu also delivers enjoyable fare, definitely a kitchen that takes pride 🙂

We walk in with my two toddlers and ask for a high chair 15 min later we get given 2 disgusting dirty chairs that I could never put my baby’s in!!!! So I tell him not to worry, the manager the gives a big huff and rolls his eyes and takes them away. My husband asked for Some water we get a bottle of water with what only can be described as floating slimy gunk!!!! Tried to get someone’s attention (good luck) to busy texting. Then our meals arrive we had ordered two 450g rib eyes, when this tiny little steak was put in front of us manager again ran away so fast that we had to chase him down to tell him we had the wrong meals, he goes over to the till and tells us this is what we have paid for. My husband said he ordered the 450g rib, managers response was well I can take them back but you have ordered them well done and that will take the kitchen 30min to cook or you can just eat the steaks that you have paid for. We just eat the meal and it was lovely. I’m still a little hungry so we give dessert a try I go up to order this time wait and wait go over to the other side waiting I think it must have been 6min. I repeat my order three times. Dessert comes out and wrong again, I get told that some items are not on the till and they will get my brownie and I’m happy that they did it was very good so good on my way out I tell the chef how much I liked it and she gives me her secret ingredient. I would go back for the food but that rude stuck up manager has to go before you will see me!!!!
Great experience. Hi,A girlfriend and I had tea at the Lord Stanley last night and it was beautiful. The food was absolutely lovely and the staff were very very nice to us. In particular one of the male waiters (we are in our 50’s) he was very helpful and friendly. We have been several times over the years and have always found the food and staff very good. I would rate it highly. We had the Mediterrean Chicken it was so tender and delicious.
