Decided to take a break from the Toowoomba carnival of flowers, we decided to go off to a cafe. I needed coffee and food to fuel my brain and body. We walked by this place and saw that the outside area looked relaxing, so we decided to try the place. Had the carbonara and the chef’s daily risotto. The carbonara was great, the risotto however was…ok.
Lovely location and the interior of the house is so pretty. Came for high tea which was really nice. Great selection of sweets and sandwiches, enough to satisfy without being too much. Everything was delicious and very pretty. Service was a little all over the shop but nothing terrible.I returned a second time, this time for breakfast and sat outside in the nice front garden. Corn fritters with poached eggs and bacon, a delicious choice and accompanied by a really good coffee. Again, service was only ok but they do great food in a pretty surrounding so a definite yes from me! lifelovetravelfood.wordpress.com
