Nothing Comes Close… The BEST coffee in Toowoomba, hands down. Friendly staff, a funky little hole-in-the-wall coffee shop that is streets ahead in style compared to any other place in Toowoomba. Do not go past this place if you’re after a brilliant coffee..
Delightful!. Coffee Tea or Me is fast becoming a Toowoomba institution. Visitors can easily miss the hole-in-wall style entrance but for me, it’s part of the charm.CTOM offers customers the chance to cook their own toast at what is effectively cost price. Brilliant! I was touched the other day when the barrista refused payment for coffee ordered by a soldier, dressed in uniform. Not only is the coffee good but customer service like this will always bring about positive results as happy customers tell their friends. Just like I’m doing!

Howls of protest would greet any Toowoomba institution list that didn’t include this charming little Espresso Bar and stayer on Margaret Street and rightly so.Coffee Tea or Me not only serves the best coffee in Toowoomba, but it also delivers history, atmosphere and an inexhaustible amount of Italian cool that many businesses in town would hock their nonna for.Propped up at the bar, checking out the crowd in the 100 year old mirrors, watching the staff flirt and disdain in equal measure, you can simultaneously feel connected to the past, the future and to the world. This is my favourite place when I need a caffeine fix- a perfect relaxed northern hemisphere style espresso bar without the jet lag. They also sell over 200 blends of exotic teas from all over the world. My favourite is Arctic fire – a blend of black tea, with cornflowers, mint and menthol flavours. surprising and very tasty.
