The best in Toowoomba. Live in Toowoomba & have visited all the cafes. I find GPO Caf number 1 for coffee, service & food. Always welcomed by smiling faces & the food is reasonably priced. I have also had the GPO do a function for me & it has gone off without a hitch. Wish the owner Pui & her staff continued success.Nick
Beautiful Morning at GPO Toowoomba. I am staying in Toowoomba for a few days and I have just finished breakfast at GPO Coffee Shop. Thank you to the staff and their happy greeting that I received when I walked in. Toowoomba has turned on a beautiful morning and GPO have followed this up with a breakfast that I am happy to share with everyone.I ordered my coffee and this was equal to any that I have had in my hometown Brisbane. The surprise on the menu was Pinto beans. Vegetarian options are hard to come by in some cafes and this was a pleasant addition to the menu. Service was excellent and even though I am visitor I definitely felt like part of the regular crowd. Thank you ladies and I will be seeing you for breakfast every morning during my stay. 10/10
Discusting food. My wife and I used to come here all the time, but since the place was taken over by new owners the food is terrible! We didn’t even eat half of our meals – we left and went to Maccas after. A huge disappointment! It is too expensive too.
Excellent service. Under new management. Genuinely friendly staff. Heavenly chicken Caesar salad (it was really, really amazing). Gooey poached egg, large crusty croutons, strips of bacon, just the right amount of dressing & acidity. The best Ceasar!! Would definitely recommend!!
Not much! I wanted to have toast with avo and scrambled eggs and it cost $17 and I could have done it better myself. Lovely location. But not that lovely service or portions of food! Would recommend coffee but not food
Had late afternoon coffee and cake on Sat 1 Sept. Great service. Delicious cakes. Chai tea and coffees made as requested. Very enjoyable!
Had lunch there and loved it. A lovely sunny day enjoyed on the balcony with fantastic food and friendly service. Will be going back!
