After the Ferny Grove markets a coffee, black Chai and cake was in order. Closest place was Coffee on the way so over we go. Met by staff and order taken which included cake. place almost empty. Drinks arrived but the cake forgotten which given the place was effectively empty was a disappointment especially as it only needed to be plated and delivered.we do like these little local businesses and hope they do well. they are clearly liked in the local community but there is room for improvement to lift the delivery.

The coffee isn’t terrible here, but the service…well. It’s a nice little spot on the end of a neighbourhood convenience shopping strip, and it gets quite busy on a weekend morning when the runners stop to refuel and the locals get their mail from the newsagency a few shops down. I would come here regularly, because it’s within walking distance from home, but the reality is that every time I visit the staff make me feel as welcome as a bindie in a sock. Smiles and general rapport-building with customers is non-existent, and as a result I’d rather travel further afield for my morning coffee. Avoid if you like a hint of warmth and happiness with your morning coffee.

Tried this place 3 times now. all bad. The service is terrible. The young girl serving doesnt smile or tslk? and the older lady behind the machone is so moody. if you dont want to be there… dont be. dibella coffee…. think you cant go wrong. Terrible, burnt, I know. I own a cafe thst sells 400+ di bella coffees a day. phil would be so disappointed. pick your act up. You are there to make customers happy, and to provide them a positive experience not a negative one.
