I had the salmon eggs benedict. It was huge- they definitely piled on the salmon. Eggs were soft and runny. It wasn’t homemade hollandaise so I was happy I ordered it on the side. I’ve also had ham cheese tomato toasties from here on the way to work- good bread and better than expected fillings- those are pretty good too. It wasn’t a bad place- it was better than I thought it would be. It was standard which is good for that area of the valley right now. It’s a good people watching spot in the morning- that’s for sure.

Passing through and decided to stop in here to have my third breakfast and first coffee for the day.I dont seem to be having much luck lately with good staff and experienced this again here today, when you are in the public eye you need to be focused on customers keeping in mind they to can see what is behind the counter, this is a restaurant and shouldn’t double as a makeup palour.Eggs benny for me and Haloumi burger with onion rings for other half- coffee was nice, mains followed quickly after but a tad disappointed on the content- be more creative with the bread- may I suggest turkish or sourdough breads and not standardized coles/wollies bread, taste wasn’t a issue just creativity a let down. Would I return, yes- just not in a hurry.

New bar/cafe/restaurant smack bang in the middle of the Valley! To drink – mocha with extra chocolate and a haloumi burger with a side of onion rings. The coffee was excellent – I wasn’t expecting to get such an excellent coffee. Smooth and well balanced just how I like it. What was also great was that the mug was full with the perfect amount of crema on top.Food – haloumi burger and onion rings for me and eggs benny with ham for the other half. My haloumi burger was good. Topped with sun dried tomatoes, lettuce, hummus, roasted capsicum and homemade mayo. The burger could have gone without the roasted capsicum, it just made the bread quite soggy on the edges. I didn’t get a lot of hummus and the haloumi could have been grilled a little longer. The onion rings were exactly how I like them. Super, super crispy batter and the onion nice and sweet. Overall, a good meal that could be great with a few tweaks.
