We’re regulars here now. Tried the best and keep coming back to Ben’s Burgers and that includes places like in n out and shake shack. Great patties, love the special sauce and the chili fries are so meaty! Both locations and each visit has been consistent with the food!
Im a burger fiend and will eat Bens Burgers about 1-2 x week (mostly from ubereats, sometimes Ill eat in). Ive tried most burger joints in Brisbane city but this is hands down my absolute fav! Im super traditional with my burger preferences, I like American style burgers with a beef patty, cheese, tomato, pickles, onions, lettuce, tomato sauce, mustard and mayo… so Bens Classic option is basically my ideal burger in real life. In fact, Im such a fan that I havent branched out and tried any of their other options!If youre eating in, they have cool, causal surrounds with really good hip hop music… last time I was there my boyfriend was happy because they were playing NBA on TV… Great burgers, great music and NBA, what more could you want? (In my BFs opinion lol)The meat patties are juicy, a good size and seasoned and cooked perfectly. Their milk buns which soft, fluffy with just the right amount of chewiness.They use the classic American sauces, American cheese and have a good arrange of drinks, my favourite being the peanut butter chocolate thickshake and housemade cherry cola. If youre eating in they have a selection of beer and spiced rum but no wine.FYI if youre picky, like having lots of options or like fancy-schmancy non traditional burgers, this is not the place for you. There are no alterations and there are only three burger choices + 1 monthly burger special. But what Bens lack in options they well and truly make up for in quality. This is the place to go if you want a bloody delicious American style burger.
The rudest staff I have ever experienced anywhere. Add to that they have a very limited menu and unwilling to adjust for people’s dietary needs.
We love Ben’s and visit about once a week for a burger fix and it never disappoints. The burgers are fricken amazing, the best I’ve ever had, anywhere, ever. We head down hoping the queue isn’t too long and get our usual order of a couple of classics, some chips to share and a couple of cokes and wait excitedly. Both inside and outside seating are nice. The staff are usually friendly and it always looks like they’re having fun, which is nice. Always a very pleasant/funky atmosphere.A ‘must visit’ if you’re in the Valley!
Best burgers in brisbane, testes like an authentic American burger. By far better than burger urge, grilled, and miel container. I recommend getting the cheesy burger well done. The chicken burger is also very good but not as filling. The chilli fries and shakes are are also authentic.
Delicious burger and chips. Service was friendly. Sat in the laneway with our two dogs. Water was brought out for the dogs. Met the local Winn Lane dog. Very friendly. Environment was relaxed. Just what I needed.
Awesome burgers! Only tried it for the first time today and I must say the burgers to die for! Ordered the classic burger and it was on point, all the ingredients were fresh.
