overall: 4.4/5gluten free options: 5/5food taste: 4/5ambience: 4/5 customer service: 5/5pricing vs quality: 4/5a lot of gluten free options here and they said they can always interchange their dairy products for dairy free substitutes (eg milk -> almond milk), which is great. grabbed a cacao and the hulk smoothie aai bowls. i love chocolate so the cacao was a no brainier. i liked the assortment of fruits, and i find that theyre a lot more generous with portion sizes compared to other places that sell aai bowls. definitely full after one (and you can also upgrade to a large size). i liked their chocolate granola the most, more than the granola in the hulk one at least. if anything i wish there had been more strawberries than banana to cut through the chocolate and aai. the hulk was pretty good as well! theres a lot more fruit (bc its slightly pricier) but if youre a fan of spinach, then this is a good go to. the sorbet was very well done. would recommend switching out the granola for the chocolate one though – it was rather plain and didnt add to the bowl imo. the owner/manager came to ask if we enjoyed our dishes, which was very nice ^_^ the place is well decorated and nicely lit. can get a bit noisy when theyre blending stuff but thats transient noise that i didnt mind too much.its a great place to go to relax and have a healthy bowl of aai. definitely keen to try their other flavours!

Obviously I assumed they would be low in sugar & additives coming from a health bar? Anyway they turned out to be a real taste sensation. They were light & fluffy with that crunch of a home baked edge, plus they were definitely not overly sweet even though they were chocolate. Coffee was also pretty good, very creamy & strong enough with one & a half shots
Not only are these smoothie bowls aesthetically pleasing but they taste amazing. I ordered the blue ocean bowl which was incredible. The colour of it was unreal, I also LOVE how they have a gluten and oat free granola. So glad that the Noosa favourite has opened in Brisbane!
Love the staff here, so happy and helpful. The coffee is good, the smoothies and nice creams are amazing and the food is delish . If you like peanut butter, I’d recommend the Hastings hulk
