I was recommended by the owner of Urban Lung to visit this busy bakery. When I approached its counter, the varieties of sweet treats and bakery items gave me a surprise. The most attractive item to me was not the Bahn Mi in the cabinet, it was the grilled salad that attracted my attention. Certainly it was the first time that I found a bakery selling such nice wrapped take-away salad so gave it a go for the lunch. When I unwrapped the container at lunch time, the content was spectacular. The grilled chicken, salad and the house-made dressing all well balanced together. Wow! Yum!
I was surprised to find a great selection of sweet treats & bakery items here. Actually have walked past this place many times & this is the first time I have managed to stop for a look. The macrons are quite large for the tiny price & looked lovely, but I always go for rum balls as they are pretty hard to find these days. The ones here are quite good nice & moist with a good rum flavor.
