Discovered this place when I explored the Monk & Grind 63. Being located at such a eye-catching position, I can imagine its business must be good. Walked in at one of the early morning. I was greeted by a friendly staff. Due to not yet fully start of the day, varieties of food were limited. I chose to have a bacon & egg muffin and a flat white. Organic coffee was not bad with reasonable strength but the muffin was slightly dried. Slightly disappointed.
