It’s a nice restaurant. One of the staff was very attentive and welcoming. We had vegetarian lasagna which was very different from what we usually call lasagna. It was mainly chickpea on a thin layer of eggplant. It was tasty though and a bit salty. The mains arrived a bit late. We had chocolate brûlée and spring tart for dessert and they both were nice.
Amazing atmosphere, simplistic menu and really friendly and professional staff. The food however has a lot of room for improvement, the entree was not great, the mains were alright and the dessert substantially average. The price does not reflect the quality of the food, slightly overpriced. Feedback however was passed on to the manager who promptly accepted and appreciated the constructive criticism.
Staff were great and lovely atmosphere. However the food left a lot to be desired. Ordered the margarita pizza and veggie pizza. The veggie pizza was not labelled vegan but came without cheese and topped with raw cauliflower and cold potato and undercook asparagus. Was very disappointing. Don’t really understand how a menu could include something I think very very few people would enjoy. Based were floury and meh
Since the three towers have been established in the Fortitude Valley, the whole suburb’s new face-lift generate lots of business opportunities. This one month’s new born baby is one of them. This restaurant attached to one of the three towers located along the Brunswick street. This establishment provides duo-service, restaurant and roof top night club (the Altitude Bar at Foresters). Visited it this morning and mine was the only table occupied so had the chance to talk to the very friendly staff. Ambience definitely achieves the top mark of 5/5 and as the service. I asked for a flat white and a dish of poached eggs with additional salmon but no carbohydrate (since the Frank & Co at Springwood, this combination is my preferable brekkie if possible).  Flat white came with nice presentation and spot-on strength for me. Next came the savory dish. Plating skill is good with a stack of salmon accompanied with two well-prepared poached eggs and some vege as décor. Eggs are perfectly done with running yolk after being pierced through by a fork. Salmon was slightly let down due to the cool temperature (maybe due to the weather) otherwise it should be a perfect dish. Having said that this restaurant is highly recommended. 🙂 Rating 4.5/5
