Not until I am writing this review, I do not realize that this cafe has been appreciated and achieved so many good response by top reviewers like Diana, Espresso & Matcha and Filipe Santo. Agreed with their appraisals that this cafe did serve very good coffee. As showed on the glass panel at the front door. I believe that they are serving the Cleanskin brew, which I had somewhere before. No matter how, he barista/staff/owner, who really did the good job. Nice presented flat white, creamy with just spit-on strength. Perfect! In addition, the croissant was surprisingly airy and flaky. If you are too picky, the only discrepancy is the tiny dine-in area. However, good food and drinks always win the game. Right!
Yesterday I saw on bean hunter that this place gave one of the top 10 coffees in Brisbane and I made it my plan to try it this morning. Arriving at the store you get that hipster vibe and a friendly welcome from the staff, the place is small and casual and would probably be a good place to enjoy a coffee with some friends.Also this store don’t charge extra for different milk options and also for extra shots which is quite interesting. I ordered my usual, a dirty chai on soy, and a peanut butter brownie.The dirty chai is really creamy and the coffee flavour is amazing but it overpowers the chai, I think a regular latte would have been a better option but I still enjoyed my drink. I would rate it a 4 out of 5.The peanut butter brownie is more the kind of cake brownie which is not my favorite but it had a strong chocolate flavour that was complemented by the peanut butter. It’s also a bit pricy for the size but still a nice treat. Would rate it a 4 out of 5.Overall they have amazing and cheap coffee with a few options of treats available in their cabinet and I will probably be coming back many more times!
