Staff need food handling lessons. Watched a male staff member run his hands under a tap very quickly before tapping on the ipad screen, then he went straight back to handling the ingredients for the pizza. No proper handwashing between touching the ipad and the food, no gloves, and no soap was used when he ran his hand under the tap before using the ipad. Don’t go there for the customer service. There is none. And sadly the pizza is very salty – and we didn’t even get what we ordered. Our meat pizza was completely meat-free!!
Seafood pizza was nice, but interior decor is severly lacking. Take away place only. Good range of products, but pricing is a bit steep. Hopefully their other pizza products make up for the otherwise lacking experience.
The wait was terrible however worth waiting for. Problem was quickly rectified, we will order again. Super yum, maybe order 2 hours before you want it though 🙂
The service from Soul was really dreadful. We ordered through MenuLog and were advised there would be a one hour wait. The food arrived 90 minutes later! It took 2 phone calls and putting up with an incredibly rude staff member before we got our meal. While the food was ok, the service ended our night on a really poor note. I will not be going back to this restaurant or to MenuLog again.
We ordered delivery and I must say I’m not happy about the one hour wait but the pizza quality was worth it! It was delicious and full of toppings. Crust wasn’t burnt. Will definitely order again and try the other range!
