Went here for a dinner snack on a drizzly Friday night. There were a few people around, however still plenty of available seating indoors and outdoors.We ordered a lamb souvlaki with chips to share. The lamb was tender, moist and flavourful. The pita bread was also one of the softest pitas that we have tried – wonderful. A good portion of meat within the souvlaki, although we hoped for more hot crispy chips within the souvlaki to balance it out more.Casual ambience – takeaway or eat-in options available. Friendly service. Reasonable prices.Overall, a solid souvlaki option in Bowen Hills.
Succulent, tender, juicy, crispy, soft are all words that come to mind, when I had the lunch special here (succulent, tender, juicy lamb from the spit, crispy cabbage slaw and chips, soft warm pita bread and tzatziki) plus attentive table service, asking to top up my drinks order. Great!
