There are couple of things I look for in a fast food restaurant; cleanliness and authenticity are two of those. I walked into The valley Kebab shop and the first thing I noticed was how clean everything is. The counters and floors as well as the displays. The food looks fresh and the presentation is beautiful, so I had great expectations of the tastes. That was one of the best HSPs I’ve had (and I’ve had a few). The meat was cooked just enough to still be tender and there was plenty of it; The chips were fresh and crispy and the sauce was just spicy enough. It was delicious. Just watching the cook in the back of the shop setting out his pizza bases, I could tell he really cares about his food and it shows in the taste. I shall return… often!
