Came here on Saturday evening for dinner. Despite the mishap for my bookings, the service was exceptional; quick, friendly, and very welcoming. The staff also recommended the dishes and the combination for the sides, as well as the drinks.Ordered the Fried Goat Cheese Pretzel for the appetizer. It was tasty; the pretzel was crunchy but very easy to eat. For the mains, ordered the Maremma Spiced Duck Breast, which had crispy skin yet tender meat that went along really well with the smooth foie cream. For the sides, ordered the Baby Cauliflower, which was rather bland but balanced the other dishes nicely. However, my favourite dish was the Fremantle Octopus. It was a combination of perfect texture with the perfect flavour profile. The price was rather expensive as compared to the small portion size. However, I realized that the dishes were designed to appear pretty and small, yet very fulfilling. A prettily decorated space with good food and good service. Will be coming back in the future!

We were staying at the hotel & decided to have breakfast in-house. Probably not my best idea for the day. The staff are friendly & efficient, but in this instance they were let down by the kitchen. We didn’t finish either of our meals. I ordered the Shukousha Eggs, way overcooked, the eggs were rock hard. Overall, not a particularly enjoyable experience. PS Another lady ordered the same dish, took one mouthful & left the restaurant.
