  Fantastic meal great service & the atmosphere was not bad, nice and quiet, totally enjoyed the meals I have had there both times. Totally recommend.

  My steak was cooked really very well. Great medium rare with a nice mushroom sauce. Nice chips but an average salad.Bad service (extensive wait to order food) that could be improved very easily with true table service.

  Overpriced. The food took an hour and a half to come out and when it finally arrived it wasn’t worth the wait. The lights had something wrong and were on a dimming loop which was very annoying. The kitchen seemed to be chaos with the sound of plates being dropped was almost constant. This would all be almost forgivable as busy if the head waiter hadn’t been so rude. When I asked where our food was up to (after an hr 20) he insisted we hadn’t been waiting long and that he was really having a tough evening. I will not be going back.

  Over cooked steak. We decide to go out for dinner, we only ever go out once a month so were very excited.I ordered steak with mushroom gravy, potatoes and vegetables. I asked for medium to well it came out burnt and had to cut my mashed potato with a knife and the gravy was peppered sauce. I complained to the waiter and he didn’t care he just told me I did not no that if you order medium to well you deserve to have burnt steak. I work in a restaurant myself, we would not treat paying customers like that and we never burn a steak that you can’t cut with a steak knife. I told him we would never come back he said sorry but that is the way it is.

  Queens s#@thouse !. The best item we received was the garlic bread ! My colleague and I spent over $130 on our meals and we were left seriously disappointed !Not only did the staff fail in taking our orders correctly, but our steaks were both medium, even though we asked for medium rare.The mash potato that arrived on my plate, which my colleague ordered, was old and lumpy. I was able to cut it with a knife ! Our company will be spending plenty of time visiting and working in Gladstone over the next few years, and the Queens Steakhouse will be one venue that we will never eat at again !Shame on you !
