I would like for this customer to contact the Golden Grill so he would be able to arrange a time at his convinence that we can go through cooking methods and supplier chain so that next time he comments he will actually have factual knowledge so then he may feel proud of him self. regards Management.
Severely dissapointing. We decided to try the Golden Grill while holidaying in Golden Beach recently as I had fond memories of this place from when I used to stay here as a teenager. The establishment has declined to an unbelievable point, the battered cod and chips we ordered looked and tasted like it was a fillet of coles no name brand’s finest fish, prefrozen and warmed in a microwave for our convenience. The chips were soggy and nothing tasted of the freshness you would expect when ordering fish and chips somewhere this close to the water. The price for what we were given was almost as disgusting as the product we received, do yourself a favor and cross this place off your list of establishments to give a go and save your money for the Seafood Market Caloundra which more than satisfied our craving for amazing seafood.
