Took them 45mins to make a sandwich for one person at our table and every time we asked about it they seemed to have forgotten it again. There seemed to be ongoing mistakes for other patrons looking dissatisfied and bringing things back to the counter that were wrong. Food is plain and overpriced for what it is. Also has a caramel slice that tasted like a lump of crunchy sugar. Overall with bad service, very disappointing.

Went with a group of 6 for high tea – they catered for gluten free and dairy free and have an extensive range of teas and drinks to choose from as well. Small and intimate setting and lovely food. Would definitely recommend this place.
