Quite possibly the best cheese and bacon sausage roll in Brisbane. With actual sausage mince and crispy bacon on top of the light crispy pastry I ate it before taking a photo it was too good to stop. Lucky I bought two, the second also didnt last for the photo sorry.

Explored this bakery this morning. The shop is nice ad clean with friendly service. Ordered a curry beef pie and a flat white and took a seat at outside table to enjoy my brekkie. When I opened the paper bag, the first thing came to my sight was the raised top of the pie. First bite of the crispy pastry earned my appreciation immediately. Then it came with a strong curry flavour savory ingredients that composed of minced beef and some chunk beef pieces. Spiciness of the gravy was spot-on. Importantly, the crust of the pie was not thick so it was easy for me to finish the bit and even lick my fingers. In addition, I was surprised to see that they served the above average Merlo coffee that really made my day.
I’ve been in Brisbane for four years and I can say this is one of the best bakeries I’ve come across. I ordered through ubereats 7 items for a total of $26,20 which means every item is in average $3,74. Generous portion sizes, very well seasoned and lovely pastries. Would recommend 100%.
