Best spicy pho, large servings. We’ve ordered on uber eats and gone in to pick up. Same quality both ways, always great. When we did go in to pick it up the man that served us was lovely and the pickup time was exact.
ordered online and was told food would be ready in 15mins – ended up waiting for another 20 mins in store – the staff knew about a fault on the website for online ordering – whereby it automatically adds a steam rice and wedges onto each main meal, and there is no way to deselect it. They still wanted to charge us for the extras we didn't want or need – but ended compromising for 50% off the extras. It was also incredibly unprofessional for the the staff to say "why didn't you just call to place your order?" – the better question is "why did you provide an online ordering system that's faulty?" food was bland and boring, small portions and they gave us the wrong dish. all in all, very disappointed.
