Across the multiple times I visited this spot, I found it rather hit and miss. There was no consistency with the food or the coffee – one could be great and the other could be questionable at best.
Explored this cafe on early October public holiday. Walked in and was greeted by a friendly gentleman. Purposefully ordered the Empanadas de Mama to try and gave it a go with a flat white. Coffee was no doubt a nice strong, smooth and tasteful drink. Importantly, it did match with the three deep fried secret recipe of Empanadas, which was wrapped with spicy pulled beef, garlic, onion and potatoes. I think the aji sauce to go with the empanadas is the hero. Highly recommended. 🙂
