Situated at Nightquarter which is close by to Westfield, it opens in the late afternoon and well into the evening along with other delicious food stalls. This outlet is full of fun as the ladies serving you break into dance between their tasks of serving customers and making the funnel cakes!They’re a delightful bunch and we ordered a couple of funnel cakes to share. Get in quick though to secure your favourites varieties as they do sell out of some. We had the Ringmaster’s Banana Split with three scoops of ice cream atop a funnel cake battered banana, with three sets of toppings in chocolate, strawberry, and caramel all elevated in their own way. Definitely one to share between two. Salted Caramel Carousel was other choice. It had a funnel cake with vanilla ice cream, warm caramel fudge, and salted caramel brittle.Definitely a must try when you’re here!
