The place looks great !! I hadn’t been to this RSL for at least 18months. Their remodelling efforts looks really nice and welcoming. We especially liked the huge light shades above the dining area. We ordered 3 entrees and 6 main meals which consisted of a Beef burger, battered barramundi, seafood fettuccini, chicken wings and 2 grilled snappers. (Which was my choice for dinner) the service was prompt, the bar staff were great , all meals came out together, which is nice and serving sizes were great , However my only gripe was that the snapper dishes (both of them) were not lightly grilled as per the menu but well cooked. I love fish, I especially love it when it’s still moist and juicy & perfectly cooked. It may have been an error in timing, who knows, but We will be back.New 30/5/17Went back again to celebrate my brothers birthday and the food did not disappoint. See photos. A great night was had by all. Food came out within a very reasonable and altogether and was tasty and hot. Can’t ask for too much more than that !!

We went to the The Gardens Cafe with a friend that lives nearby to it and enjoys the food there and we were happy with our meals as well. The Gardens Cafe recently opened a few months ago after a massive remodelling of the whole building and restaurants.The cafe is pretty large with plenty of seating and at less busy times you can come right in and pick your own table and then go to the counter where everybody orders. There is a couple pages of menu but there is also a cabinet at the counter with some nice looking cakes and snacks but I think we all ordered the chicken schnitzel with a side of chips and salad that comes with it and gravy. Our meals came out quickly and we were all satisfied with our food. The service was friendly and quick even when the restaurant became busier.
