Lovely little coffee place around the corner from my place. Great for a quick bite and a nice coffee. They do a nice banana bread. Only wish they had more food options but I guess its not bad considering they dont have a kitchen.

Have not been back to this busy local caf for nearly two years. Went for second visit lately for the purpose of second review. It was my vegetable day so I order a dish of roasted veggie brekkie and a flat white. It did not take a long time to have my orders ready on the table. Coffee was still above average standard in terms of strength and smoothness but the temperature was not hot enough; on the other hand, the savoury dish was well presented; particularly the pumpkin cakes were very tasteful. However, marks would be higher if the poached eggs were not slightly overdone.Jun 23, 2016Went to this local cafe during one of the school holidays. Although it was early in the morning, there were packed of customers who are cyclists, officers and even mums with their kids enjoying their breakfasts in the indoor dining area. Took a seat outside the cafe and I enjoyed to see people dropped in and out to get their take-away coffee then rushed to work. Frankly speaking, coffee was just about average but it was the first time that I would not complain about someone served me a pressed croissant, which was not flaky but still gave you the feeling of friability. However, I still prefer to have an airy, flaky croissant with the ham & cheese.

The best coffee in the Holland Park area. Quick, very friendly service. Simple but delicious menu items. Have been coming here for years – they make you feel like you’re part of the family.
