I meant to explore the deli cafe allocated in the Hope Island Shopping Centre. Unfortunately, it was closed for the Christmas holiday. I felt hungry and my gaze was caught by this busy bakery. Approached to the counter and ordered a box of the Fruit minced tarts for my staff and asked for an extra one for myself. While I took out my wallet to pay for the bill, I discovered that I left my MasterCard and all the cash at home. Since they do not take American Express (the only card in my wallet), then I had to ask for the apologies from the lady who served me. Then, all of the sudden, she handed over the whole bag of tarts with the soft drink to me with smiles and said “it is fine, Merry Christmas”. I was in a shock and nearly broke in tear. Honestly, I had not see such kind of human kindness over 25 years. If this lady is not the owner, then. she should be the treasure of this business. If only if she is the owner, her business deserves the success due to her passion. Oh! Nearly forget to tell you that the fruit minced tart tasted very good too. Have a Merry Christmas to the lady who served me this morning. God bless you!
