After the brekkie at the Hope Island Deli, while I was driving back to Brisbane, there was a sudden recall of my memory about a cafe that located close by but only opens on Saturday and Sunday. Therefore, I turned my steering heading for the exploration. I was lucky that the cafe was just started when I arrived; however, I still needed to wait for the warm up of the espresso machine. While I was waiting for that, I spared my time to looking around. Wow, the scenery looked great and I found this cafe matched quite well with the environment and the set up was cosy too. Finally, I got my take-away coffee, which not only looked good but tasted good with right temperature and strength. I wish the development estate where this cafe located progresses well so this cafe will open for 6 day’s trading then it will be a good news to the locals.
