Missed its door due to Christmas holiday so retried it yesterday morning. Arrived at 6:45am and it opened earlier than expected. When I stepped in, I was noticed the owner was busy at directing staff preparing works for the day. Ordered the scone with ham & cream and a flat white. Honestly, the Segafredo brew was not bad that delivered a deep level of flavour with reasonable smoothness; however, the scone was a totally let down. No spongy feeling compared to those freshly baked but the cream did gain marks mark. Overall, I appreciated the owner’s passion and this cafe offered a good social place for locals, particularly, they can have their tea set after shopping at the Coles just next door.
