Looks like it IS run by Japanese owners, however, the quality of food is far from what I expect from Japanese restaurateurs. Having given them two chances, I am now officially giving them the thumbs down, and will not be returning.
The dish of the day would probably have to be the seafood fritter (can’t remember the exact name). The batter was perfect, crispy and the culmination of prawn, topping, sauce on top was amazing
