If you like paying for incompetence then go to the Thai House. I would rate it 0 stars if it let me. The staff are shocking and the cooking isn’t any better. For the price you have to pay it is definitely not worth it. I asked for a meal without meat and half way through it I found meat. I told the manager and nothing was done about it. No apology, no replacement, no discount or refund. I left this place hungry as I couldn’t eat the meal I was forced to pay for. Never. Go. Here.

I went there with my brother and his family so 7 people 3 adults and 4 kids. We booked a table and where greeted warmly on arrival and immediately our drink orders came out. Staff are super friendly and warned us that there may be a delay because the kitchen was busy. That being the case the food arrived promptly. All the food was delicious and came out hot. We had a few mishaps at the table like spilling drinks etc which where handled professionally. After recently staying in Phuket, I can say there food somewhat traditional but very enjoyable. The grilled whole fish, the pad Thai and the crispy chicken where favourites. Great location, good ambience, warm friendly staff, tasty food hand reasonably priced. We definitely will be back to spend another enjoyable night here. We love this place.
My mother had booked a table for 3 people. We arrived on time and they said they didn’t get any booking from us. So we have table in the middle of restaurant. Table was unstable imbalance table. Services were average. We have been to thai place has much better service before, food was good – quite small serve though. we ordered 2 dishes of entreé , 3 mains cost $130.
Great location and nice furnishings in the restaurant. Staff is good and the menu has variety. I liked the outside seating especially because there was a good breeze coming from the marina.
