IG @nanakoot_culinaryReally really loves their hot bread .. I usually just bought few bread to take home and can only eat it like that. This time decided to try their banh mi since my favourite banh mi place, Minh Tan, closed. Honestly, I still like Minh Tan one but despite they dont have the crackling pork but their BBQ pork also very good too. And for only $5 was truly awesome

Sitting next door to Billy’s takeaway st inala, is inala hot bread which like minh tan is a bakery also. They make their own bread which is a bonus.Out the front is their banh mi station and with banh mi selling for $4, it is a fast mover. For $4 you get a great banh mi, enough meat and filling with the touch of pate and butter. But they have a sweetish soy dressing which adds a nice touch. First place that has this dressing.Crunchy bread, soft filling right amount of carrot, cucumber, coriander and chilli. This one would sit top 3, right behind Scott’s road and my street food.

Very good Banh Mi. I usually get the combo – 3 types of pork (including a lovely pate), shredded chicken and all the vegetable toppings including chilli. Nice crunchy rolls and they will toast your banh mi if you like. Crushed sugar cane drinks available, the fried hot box items look interesting but no descriptions or labels doesn’t help.Friendly and quick service now she recognises me, from several breakfast/lunch bahn mi runs.
