Pho sure the best pho in inala area at the moment. Out of all that Ive tried in and around the 4077, this place is the clear winner imo. The broth just has that much more depth of flavor and complexity. Service is good and food comes out quick which is great too.
It has been a fortnight since our last bowl of Beef Pho. We make a beeline for Pho An, seat ourselves and place our order. Two steaming bowls of Combination Pho Dac Biet quickly appear with a generous plate of salad and herbs. The broth is a tad light today. We prefer a heavier broth with more depth, meaning more beef bones in the broth. Pho noodles are plentiful and silky smooth. A generous serving of sliced beef brisket, raw beef, beef tendon, beef tripe and homemade beef balls. We prefer the beef balls sourced from the supermarket as they are bouncy and more flavourful. We still enjoy our lunch here but my rating edges down from 4.5 to 4! Thank you Pho An!With… Phuong Tran
