It is 6 months since my last review so it is time for an update. It is lunchtime and the restaurant is busy with patrons. I place my order with the waiter as I walk in. My Bun Bo Hue ($11) arrives within minutes. It looks appetising but the hot broth is bland without any chilli heat. The fresh chillies I add atop the noodles have no heat. There is sufficient sliced beef and sliced pork hock but the thick rice noodles are soft and over cooked. An ordinary lunch and I wont order this dish again. Will stick to the Beef Pho next visit. My overall rating drops from 4 to 3.
Trip to Inala on the weekend, means one thing, and one thing only. Tasty Vietnamese food.It has been a year or 2 since i have been here, but trust me when i say it wont be as long before my next.We got the Bun Bo Hue, and the Pho, and a side of prawn spring rolls. Both noodle dishes were full of flavour and couldn’t fault them. The bun bo hue, had a little bit of spice to it (as it should). Spring rolls were perfectly cooked. This is one of the better Viet places around Inala. Bowls were large, and value for money was good.
