Fairly good combination won ton soup, but the buns and xiao long bau were just OK, though it was to be expected for a shopping centre food court takeaway. Service was pretty cold and abrupt. There are better dumpling places to go to.
We were at the food court at Indooroopilly shopping center and decided to give this place a try. And wow! We were amazed! We ordered the prawn and pork wonton soup. The wontons were so fresh and tasty and the soup was delicious and garnished with chinese veggies, mushrooms and coriander. And the best thing is, it is only $10.90 per bowl which includes 8 wontons and an option to add fresh egg noodles for an extra $1. For the quality of the ingredients it is such good value for money. We did the combo deal which was $13.90 and included two pork buns. Overall we would definitely return and don’t let the location fool you – the food is not what you’d expect out of a typical food court”.
I walk into the Food Court seeking out a snack. I see these good looking Pan Fried Pork Buns at Won Ton Ton and I am sold! The Buns are soft on the top and chewy on the bottom. The minced Pork is tasty and the gravy is delicious. Thank you guys!
