Meat was juicy and tender and I wanted to steal my partners ouzo prawns. Our table felt a little small but that may have been because we ordered a few dishes haha. We were served by a lovely blonde waitress who made some excellent recommendations on the food n wine and despite a busy evening, made time to ensure we always had water and drinks.
Had dinner here tonight the worst bakalava in the world dry inedible.. asked for more sauce to try and make it taste better but it was impossible to make it edible.Mossaka was ok quite greasy but dry on the edges don’t think this was made fresh tonight. Some more eggplant and potato would have improved this grealy. Portion sizs are incredibly small so it makes your meal very expensive base on the size.Won’t come back here again.Will drive to Brisbane if i want some decent greek foodVery disappointing meal around

Fantastic little gem. The wait staff were super warm, friendly and accommodating for our large group and surprise extra guest. The food was plentiful, fresh and tasty. We ordered all of two of all the meze plates and plenty of sides to share between a group of 10 and we couldn’t finish it! Unfortunately I didn’t get to try out the wine list but will be back to give it a go. The atmosphere in the courtyard is super lovely and even on a warm night it was still nice and cool.
What a lovely surprise! Arcadia was bustling on a Wednesday night. Clean decor inside with a welcoming outdoor courtyard dotted with fairy lights. It was a cool night so we sat inside. The service was prompt and friendly. Dietary requirement were easily catered to (no gluten or dairy). Our meals (2x swordfish skewers and marinated olives) arrived within 20 minutes. The swordfish was tender and so flavoursome! The beans that they were served with were tasty, covered lightly in a tomato sauce. The olives were so succulent and delicious! The wait staff were attentive and asked for feedback about our meals. The sparse space meant that the noise from conversations was quite loud and although soft furnishings would tarnish the clean decor, it would probably help with the noise. I can’t wait to return to try something else. The location is just outside of the Ipswich CBD, but near enough to stay on the radar, and Arcadia willcertainly stay on my radar.
Three of us plus a new baby had lunch mid-week on a fairly quiet day. Service was attentive and friendly but casual. Table settings were basic: pepper as well as salt on the table would have been appreciated. Food was fresh, varied and delicious. The mezze platter was terrific, desserts delightful. As a non-drinker, I would have appreciated more choice of beverages.
Had lunch with a large group. Service was prompt, friendly and our server was very knowledgeable about the menu. The food was fresh and very delicious – everyone was impressed by the quality. The only negative? It was so good that no-one left room to sample the scrumptious sounding desserts. I can’t wait to try the rest of the menu. Thank you Arcadia for such a lovely meal.
