I think I just found my new fish & chip shop!I remembered Joe K review and suggested to hubby we go have a look.My first impression was how clean, fresh and inviting the shop is.We ordered the Family Feast of 4 Cod & 2 Chips from there menu. All fish comes crumbed unless you specify otherwise and so glad I tried the crumbed cod. The crumb was so golden brown and crunchy. Not at all oily or soggy even after driving home.The chips are thick cut and were lovely and hot and I didn’t feel like I’d eaten a litre of oil after eating them. The pack also came with lovely crunchy coleslaw, heaps of lemon wedges and a tub of housemade tartare sauce which was most probably the best I have ever had, perfect!The staff were so helpful and there is an area with tables if you want to eat in.Sorry, no photos, but next time will add them.
