First time coming here recently and was really happy with the whole site. It was chilled and a relaxed environment, with music playing really helped! Food was good quality, staff were nice, a little bit of a start and go with the service with staff but hey.. there all new staff… I understand so dont need to be mean here ! I think this cafe/restaurant is what is really needed in the area and its a nice change weve need for a while! Keep up the work guys! Definitely recommend and will be coming back soon

We order a Pepperoni Pizza ($5), Potato & Prosciutto Pizza ($5) and a Barbados Surprise Cocktail ($10). The pizzas are freshly made and are delicious. The Cocktail looks wonderful and is very refreshing. A wonderful afternoon snack!October 2018Welcome to Jindalee, Sonnys Cafe, Bar & Restaurant! Located at the ex-Nook site, Sonnys opened its doors last week. Warmly greeted by enthusiastic staff from the Cafe, I am led into the restaurant and seated. I see several tables with patrons tucking into their lunches. Iced water and a menu are delivered promptly by a friendly waitress. Food and beverage is ordered and paid for at the Bar managed by our friendly Manager Juan. After a 20 minute wait, my beautifully presented Tasmanian Atlantic Salmon ($20) is served. The pan fried Salmon is tender and juicy with the skin fried crisp. The attractive blistered Truss tomatoes, roasted Kipfler potatoes and green beans are cooked perfectly. And the reduced creamy white wine dill and caper sauce complements this meal so well. I truely enjoy this meal and would rate it as my best Atlantic Salmon meal for some time. Every ingredient of this meal is perfectly prepared. I love the crunch of the green beans, the soft sweet tomatoes and the roasted Kipfler potatoes. I compliment Chef Gray on this wonderful meal. Manager Juan informs me of Happy Hour on Friday to Sunday (2.30pm to 6pm) with offers of $5 Pizzas and $10 Cocktails. See you soon at Sonnys!
