This restaurant is positioned right on the Brisbane River with great views. We were shown to a table inside and upstairs with no view so that was a little disappointing. Menus are on the stylish tables and the waiter explained the menu and brought us water. We ordered several dishes to share and some wine and aperol spritz. First to arrive were olives, pickles and feta. The feta was lovely and creamy. Next two dips- taramasalata and white bean with some bread which would have been nicer if warm but was cold. The dips were delicious though. Next came spanikopita which was nice and flaky with plenty of filling. We also had chicken with artichokes, chargrilled octopus, saganaki, Greek salad, half lamb- which was served with a baked potato, and finally the eggplant. All dishes arrived fairly quickly and the first plates turned up before our drinks. Overall the food was good but a lot of the meals were swimming in oil- a pet peeve of mine. The service was friendly and the fit out is modern and sleek. Would have preferred the view and less oil but overall a good experience.
