Banh Mi! just like Vietnam. Everything you’d expect from an old school take away, cheap and delicious. It’s difficult to find authentic banh mi around brisbane CBD but this one hits the spot.
Had a take away meal pack of cod, chips, calamari for the tiny price of $9 there was enough for two of us to share. The calamari wasn’t the best, but this is pretty hard to get right even in the best dining venues. We were happy with the value & the cod was nicely cooked
An inexpensive option for fish and chips in Kelvin Grove. Fish and Chips are good, but the grilled fish (especially the Barramundi) is really fantastic. The burgers are pretty average and the sandwiches are really cheap, but you get what you pay for. Would eat here more often for the grilled fish if the chips were better, but they aren’t that great.
