This eatery located at the previous spot of Confucian Cuisine at QUT Kelvin Grove Campus. Well, trading adopts the Hong Kong Style Caf strategy with extra Thai dishes on the menu, which would not appear in Hong Kong Style Caf such as the Woka Woka and the Coffee Square.Explored it yesterday for lunch. Business was not that busy and there were only two tables occupied during my visit. Service is good and friendly. Ordered a dish of S&P Pork Ribs as recommended by Cherlyn’s review and a lunch special of pork mince and eggplant which came with a complimentary Iced Tea. Portion of lunch special rice is not that generous as compared to the terrible competition in Sunnybank area, not to mention about the lunch set with house soup, drinks and main dish@ Sunnybank Oriental for the same price. S&P Pork Ribs earned marks back because the chef did a good job. Pork ribs were deep-fired just perfectly with juicy texture and salt and pepper was appropriated. Overall, experience is average and it seems to have some gimmicks to have such kind of caf in campus of QUT.Rating 3.5/5
