Having a late lunch we decided to head over to Kelvin Grove and check out the food scene as we have never explored this area before. We were gonna have Danny Boys, but thought the Lunch special at Siam Spice for the same sort of money sounded too good to pass up!From the Lunch special Menu, hubby ordered Chicken Drunken Noodle, and I had Tofu & Vegetable Pad See Ew!What got us into the restaurant was the serving sizes we could see walking past, very generous!!Cold bottle of water on sitting down was excellent! It was after 1.30pm and the place was still packed with diners so that made us feel confident in a good meal.After 10 minutes our meals came out! Omg, tasted the Drunken Noodles dish and it was full of flavour of chili and fresh basil!My Pad See Ew was much more mild but still perfect! Exactly what I wanted. Maybe the tofu could of been cut larger and a few more vegies, but overall we were very happy and very full!I really am surprised by the low score of this place! For value for money and a very tasty meal, I can’t find anything to complain about! Ok, its not the Hilton, but its clean and tidy with friendly attentive staff!We will be back to have another round, next time maybe dinner!
