Poor customer service and excuses that staff were on their first ever shift – on a Saturday night !!!! Finally received my takeaway 30 minutes later than quoted to find the food bland, the naan doughy/undercooked and the Tikka was dry as a bone. Not the cheapest takeaway in the village and will not be returning back.
This has got to be the worst Indian Restaurant in Brisbane when it comes to customer service and the food is overpriced and average anyway. The owners and managers should be ashamed of the competency of staff. Staff member Angela is extremely rude and lied in saying no manager works at the Kenmore store when requested to speak to one.
An edit to the previous review after this shop has recovered from a dip in form.I now order the vegetarian vindaloo from here and it’s exceptional.Their naan bread is almost worth the visit just on it’s own. Large and fluffy, quite unlike what I find elsewhere. Quite an indulgent evening when I dip it into my main, or make mini-vindaloo tacos with it.I only ever come here to pick up takeaway, so I haven’t cared too much for the decor, but I have noticed that some of the decor is starting to peel away.
