I started coming when the place first opened, the food was delicious, generous and all made fresh in store. About two years ago the place was bought by a woman who has changed the menu, upped the prices and decreased serving sizes and quality of food. I still come here for my coffee and the toast because they have not changed, but I wont eat the other things off the menu because the meals are not worth the money and are poor quality.
Perfect. Had the eggs benny with salmon. Perfect poached eggs, great salmon and tasty home-made hollandaise. Coffee was good to go and staff were lovely.
This is some of the best coffee I’ve had in Brisbane! Really cool little cafe with indoor and outdoor seating and minimalist styling. Staff are very friendly and service was excellent. Food options are the perfect accompaniment with your coffee and are great if you are after a snacky breakfast or lunch! I had the toasted sandwich which was loaded with flavour and have in the past had the Avo on toast. Love this place!
Groovy little place with great coffee and some nice food offerings. Enjoyed a quick brunch here with some friends. Service was ok but not outstanding. Beware the outdoor wooden seats with rusty protruding nails. Reported to staff but they didnt seem very concerned, even though my partner’s shorts were torn thanks to their furniture.
Used to be a 5, now a 2. Visited for the first time in a while and was treated to the taste of ashes in my mouth – literally! – from burnt granola. Seems to have really gone downhill since the original team sold it. Visit Wild Canary down the road or Abode in Taringa for a better breakfast.
Good food, by WAYYY to over priced for how much is there. Nice atmosphere and good service. They also have good coffee and parking is usually pretty good.
The burgers were good and the wait was short. Was told to sit outside and when the tables inside were ready they would take us in.. didn’t really happen so we moved in ourselves. The no moo shake however was quite bland and tasteless. Overall a good experience with better than average food.
