Stayed here 3 nites and have to say the food was overpriced for the quality.The slop called lasagne il forno straight out of the microwave was awful.Pizzas are contrived on a supermarket frozen style base and at times inedible.Tried a steak to save the day and it was overcooked to well done from medium rare request. I really tried to give this place a go ,bring a hotel guest….but on the final night went to Trinity Beach for half the price and better quality.lift the game guys…you can only cut corners for so long before it kills you as a business.

What a top place to Dine…. Having just stayed a week @ the Paradise Palms resort, we found this little place next to the gold resort that looked nice, great outdoor dining and what looked to be a nice menu… Wow, impressions were certainly lived up to… We ate here 5 nights out of 7, by choice!! Fantastic selections, great nightly specials board and ULTRA FAST service with kids being catered for also. My favorite of all were their Entree’s, you almost cannot beat the simplicitiy of their bread selection and the Trio of Dips, however my favourite were the selection of Oysters, being able to select individually the style you love..Personally I fell in love with the Japanese salad Oysters with a hint of Wasabi. (And yes, I tried them all, the oyster shot, naturale and Kilpatrick.) The ultimate main for me was the Lamb, follwed by the awesome crem Brulee Outdoor area is fantastic and they had a kids show outdoors on Saturday night. I cannot wait to go back when I’m next in Cairns, thank you!!
