The best hollandaise sauce ever! We come here all the way from Brisbane just to have eggs benedict. The location is great as well, right in front of the beach.
My experience has been mixed. The breakfasts have been the best part of the menu. The staff were friendly and we didn’t have to wait a terribly long time. The only down side was that I was dining with someone who was gf, which meant two things: smaller portion and greater cost. I understand that this is a common issue in many establishments but it does make things a bit awkward when you’re hoeing into a generous helping of Turkish bread and your friend is trying to find the tiny piece of bread hidden under her eggs. At least the coffee club makes a decent attempt to cater for gf.
Service was disappointing, we waited a long time just for the menu once seated, and got given dirty cutlery once we ordered our meal. This was rectified as soon as I let them know, and the food and drink was satisfactory.
