This place is a gem! It’s attached to the beautiful Rivershore Resort. The staff and waiters are wonderful, extremely attentive, very friendly always happy to have a chat. They really do care about their customers. A couple of the dishes that were tried was the Soft Shell Crab with Pork belly in a pepper sauce. The pork belly was cooked perfectly and infused with Asian spices. The crab element was crispy and also packed a punch. One of their specials which was the Crispy skinned snapper with mash potato and broccolini. This dish was beautifully balanced with its delicate fish flavours shining through the most flavoursome mash potato. The lemon on the side of the dish just helped to marry the flavours together. One slight improvement which could be touched on was the overcooking of the fish and maybe a little bit more of a crispy skin. Otherwise a very enjoyable dinner and thanks to the barman Dan for his touch on a delicious alcoholic ginger beer.
