Why didn’t I read the reviews before I went in.Service was average, good was discussing.My wife ordered a pizza. It was soggy and dripping with oil from the ridiculous about of cheese on it.I ordered a pie and chips. The pie was clearly just thrown in the microwave as it was soggy and not hot.When we were asked how our meal was we said it was terrible and the manager wasn’t surprised, the kind of restaurant you see Gordon Ramsey rip through.
Ive never bothered posting a review but the experience we had here was beyond despicable that it had to be shared in the attempt to avoid it occurring again. We were initially charged for the wrong bill (paid on card) and instead of refunding us that amount and then putting through the correct bill, they decided to return the difference in cash without giving us the correct tax invoice. This caused a whole lot of confusion from their end as the lady that initially served us hand-balled the situation to the manager without proper explanation. We then coped condescension and continuous eye-rolling from the manager without a single apology for the inconvenience. We understand accidents can happen but the situation was handled in such a disgusting and unprofessional manner. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST, so many other restaurants worth your money and time.
Stopped by this restaurant thinking the menu looked good. That’s where it ended. Terrible service – we waited a long time to be served. Once we got the food, the meals were disgusting. The seafood basket came straight from the freezer, chips were unseasoned, even the carrot on the salad was brown. I ordered a toasted sandwich with a simple cheese, tomato and avocado, which came out untoasted, covered in butter (which I didn’t ask for), plastic cheese and brown avocado. My sister feels ill from eating the carbonara. Altogether, we paid $150.00 and were given bad and unfriendly service, feeling very ripped off! Would not recommend at all – stay very clear
Very bad service …. Charging an extra fee for a small chips on the bill without letting us know and when asking … She said was for service fee… What a rip off services in there.. Not recommend …
Worst meal I have had. Charged $100 for 2 main meals and 2 toasties and 3 drinks. Got a raw piece of steak and was meant to be 350g but was more 200g plus a bone and with the gristle I reckon 100g of meat. Asked about it and was told it is the best meat and was $27kg and told he knew what he was doing. Would not recommend this place and has put a dampener on an awesome day.
Absolutely disgusting. Don’t spend your good money here. My husband ordered a rum and coke with his lunch and was charged $6.95 for the rum and then an additional $2.45 for the coke. What a joke… The food was awful and over priced for what it was. When we bought it to the owner about being over charged for the drink he was very arrogant and rude. Not happy . His attitude spoiled the rest of our day.
This place was appalling. Food was terrible and overpriced. I ordered scrambled eggs with a side of avocado. We got fried eggs which locked like they’d been in a bain marie for the past week, and the smallest portion of avocado I’ve ever seen. Hubby had a burger, which was very average / small and cost $17. Steer clear of this place.
